OWNER OPERATOR PROGRAM

Compensation

  • Call for Flatbed Rates
  • 75% of the gross pulling Holland's trailer-reefer
  • 85% of gross pulling 0/0's trailer
  • Settlements every other week, direct deposit
  • 0/0 is paid on all miles Holland is paid.
  • Deadhead miles when Holland is paid
  • 100% Fuel Surcharge

 

Purchase Plan

  • After 6 months as a company driver you can purchase a brand new Freightliner or Century Class Truck with $5,000 Down.

 

Additional Compensation

  • 100% of fuel surcharge passes through to the O/O
  • 100% Unloading and breakdown
  • 100% of additional stop pay passes through to the O/O
  • Base plate reimbursement plan
    • after 1 yr. of continuous service Holland will pay 25% of the 0/0's license prorate renewal and an additional 25% each yr. there after. After the 4th yr. Holland will pay 100% of the license prorate renewal.

 

Personalized Dispatch

  • Full dispatch support includes loads, shipping and receiving appointments, load information, rate of pay, directions to shippers and receivers and the shortest practical route possible.

  • Run West coast to Midwest and East

 

Equipment

  • 53' trailers with Carrier reefer units
  • Air ride, aluminum wheels, stainless steel doors
  • All loads on pallets, less dock time
  • Tire purchase program
